Some people like being told what's wrong with them, what is to be done,
etc and just accept the doctor's word as truth. Those people are
probably his patients. My parents would have gone to him if they lived
here but we like to dialoge with our doctors so we found another one.

There's no lack of primary care doctors in this area, just problems
finding primary care doctors who would take our insurance. For a while,
we were going down to Raleigh but when she retired, we found the group
in Wake Forest we're with now. Steve does a lot of his care thru the VA
but I don't have that option.

Interesting that the migraine didn't come. Maybe if you'd had one more
piece of chocolate, it might have. I don't have the visual indicators
that I'm getting one, just a bad headache that keeps getting worse until
it reaches a full blown migraine.

Do you have a (smart) cell phone? Even some of the not quite fully smart
phones have an alarm clock feature--check it out.
