I hear you...  might be just a new normal...  but maybe you can get back
more than you think (or he might expect), eventually..  He didn't say
something like, you're in pretty good shape for someone your age, I
trust...  ;)

Some things one just learns to deal with, having other compensations...

How interesting.  Did they conflate persons, or just add in something
that might have happened...?

One wonders, too, if that was incompetence or an instance of insurance
fraud...  Although, there indeed is sufficient incompetence in data
entry to account for it...  At my latest physical, my doc was running
down the list of diagnoses in my record, and asked me about one I'd
wondered about myself...  "Tb of vertebrae" turned out to be
tuberculosis of the spine... as I had no recollection of ever being
diagnosed with such, nor did he, he removed it... we suspect the wrong
code being entered... but what the right one should have been, neither
of us had any idea...  ;)

Ah.  Probably a very good thing...  :)

One has to be careful what and how one tells one's doc about
expectations... especially at the beginning...   ;)  I tell them I'm
expecting them to supply the expertise, and to listen to what I tell
them about the symptoms and such...  that it will need to be a
partnership...  :)  It tends to work out to being a maintenance role,
especially with most things handled by specialists, but sounds a bit
more like the PCP is important in the scheme of things, too..  ;)

Does that mean you actually made them...?   And, is the airline gone or
just the magazine...?
