Correct -- I looked it up later after I had posted the message.  The
tour group had a meal at a restaurant there.  The restaurant touted
their "fabulous" pies, so we got a lemon meringue.  It was not all that
great.  The meringue was piled up high (5 inches plus) but was nothing
more than fluff and the lemon tart part of the pie was almost tasteless.

I'm with you there.  I think that the beef in England was grass fed.
Between that and the way they hung the beef, we could not tolerate it.
The fat portion of the beef had a really off flavor to us.

      Title: Dried Beef Cassarole
 Categories: Boat, Beef, Casserole, Easy, Pasta
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 pk Dried beef (Armour)
      1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pk Small sour cream
      1    Onion, chopped
      2 c  Macaroni, cooked & drained
    1/2 lb Cheddar, grated
 
  Mix beef, soup, sour cream and onion together.  Add macaroni.  Mix
  well. Pour into greased 13x9 pan.  top with cheese.  cover with foil
  & bake @ 350F for 45-55 min.
