OK, sort of a cheese and crackers but using a tortilla and adding salsa
pizza. Our daughter Rachel sometimes lets her kids make their own pizzas
on a tortilla. I don't like to have much if amything heavy too late at
night so the ice cream or just a few nuts does me good for a snack.

That's a good way to do it. I usually spilt a Klondike bar with Steve so
we each get only half the calories, half the carbs. Have you seen them
in flavors other than the standard chocolate coating vanilla ice cream?
I like both the chocolate mint and chocolate ice cream flavors. (G)
