Yes, we can sleep, get cleaned up and cook (basically) & eat. We can
also clean up the cooking/eating dishes.

Sort of like getting past Syracuse when headed to western NY from the
Catskills. (G) Getting there but know you still have a ways to go. OTOH,
turning off I-10 in Benson, onto State Route 90, means we're almost to
the Fort Huachuca/Sierra Vista area, only about 30 miles, but it feels
like we're coming home. We get some of the same feeling when we get off
I-85 on to US 1, heading towards Raleigh. (I can just see you digging
out your Rand McNally, checking out the routing.--G--)

Yes, I needed something with protein or I might have gone for their
spinach salad and a side of garlic bread. I've done that in the past,
several times.

You sure it wasn't some holiday where everybody goes out to eat, like
Mother's Day or Valentine's Day? Sounds like they really got slammed
with customers.
