Sad to see those genes carried on. Hopefully your brother will find
someone who can work with him and get him into the realm of reality
without over-doing the meds. It's a fine line, easy to slip on.

I've avoided that, sometimes not by much. Sometimes tho, it seemes like
deadlines come up much faster than anticipated and a clatter-bang rush
is needed to get (whatever) done in time.

I'm doing better, overall, but damp days like this aren't good. Other
things like hard or uncomfortable seats will bother me but I was able to
take a dental cleaning without (a lot of) discomfort. Time will be the
biggest healer. We're anticipating a trip to NY in the not too distant
future, as long as we stop often enough, I should be able to take the
ride OK.

IOW, not something to seek out and pay good money for, just to be able
to brag about having eaten it in the US. OTOH, havng some in their home
territory, prepared by one who knows how to do a good job of it, would
be worth trying.
