I'll keep that in mind... What seemed to help me move back out of the
danger zone was cutting back on my Cherry Coke and other things that
have that dreaded HFCS... perhaps it really was causing the problems..
I also did make a more concerted effort to have oatmeal with lots of
cinnamon a lot more often... Higher protein is also helpful with the
opposite end of the scale, low blood sugar, which I'd been diagnosed
with a long time ago... so I've tried not to get too low there... :)

My tendency is to try to go natural where possible... but then, rarely
do I have meds that give me the beneficial effects, with or without the
side effects... usually I get just the bad without the good, or with
little good...  :(  My reflux meds are a notable exception to my general
rule, as they not only work, and work well, they've given me no grief at
all...

Apparently you and I can see that the emperor has no clothes, but the
doctors haven't caught on yet...
