We've had dribs and drabs all week, with lots expected over the
weekend... I wouldn't mind them being wrong, either... ;)

I don't think it got quite so cold as they were expecting, but the wind
chills have been rather, um, chilly... ;)

Insulation is a very good thing...  At this point, it's probably what's
keeping this house from being as cold as it might be... the furnace is
being somewhat flaky this winter, it'll heat the house to about 65, and
then it thinks that's sufficient...  Richard's dealing with it, not
ready to say uncle yet, so I just let him, and put on another layer or
so...  ;)

So they're using the house, not knowing if the septic system is up to
their specs...?  Hopefully they don't do anything that messes with it,
then...

As long as the escrow gives you some (even miniscule) interest, I
suppose it is a form of savings...  :)
