One of them... another was oatmeal cookies, in a number of varieties...
He also did a fair bit of regular cooking, and Sunday night suppers
after church were his domain... he'd put various things on saltine
crackers and heat/grill them in the toaster oven... such as sardines,
cheese and pickles (usually bread/butter), and/or marshmallows... ;)

That would make a nice break from the normal routine.. :)

I'm not sure if his current job is at all related to the arts, it's some
sort of computer accounting...  For a while, he was managing an art
gallery in Manhattan... but that only was viable for a while... :)  I
think with the recession, people weren't buying enough to keep things
afloat...

Art training can be a plus...  plus, some people just have a natural eye
for color and pattern... and a sense for what will fit together...  :)
