I'm not planning to get to that stage with my eyes. I've had a pre
cataract condition for probably close to 20 years now but it's not a
very fast progressing one--yet. It may reach the point where I'll need
it talken care of, but for now, the eyes are in decent shape.
Progressive bifocals keep them in good working order.

Not a good place to be a pedestrian, either in Korea or Manhatten. The
Durham/Chapel Hill area allows busses on roadway shoulders during peak
traffic times but they go in the direction of travel. Then, Tucson has
the reversable lanes on some of the busier road--or did, last we knew.
They may have done something to alleviate the situation since we were
last in that area.

Not the one I'd like to do--apples and sausage with corn bread. Usually
for a fast, stove top type one, I grab a bag of stuffing bread pieces
(not cubes) from Whole Foods and doctor it up with a bit of sauteed
celery and onion, using poultry stock for the liquid. Steve like a moist
dressing so most often I do it that way, using more liquid than for the
drier dressing I prefer. Since it's just the 2 of us, I make it fast and
easy as I've usually got 5 other things going on at the same time. If
I'm doing for "fancy:, then I'll make it more elaborate but that's not
very often.

Something different, but with cornbread and cilantro, a no go around
here. I'd have to leave out the cilantro and use regular bread.
