I saw that you thought the salsa to be rather mild tho. We were with
some friends at the Mexican place in downtown WF the other night, Steve
had the chicken mole. He said it was good, but very mild. I had the
enchiladas verde--a cheese, a chicken and a (ground) beef enchilada,
covered with green sauce, sour cream and chopped tomatoes. Good, and
enough heat to make me happy, but not hot enough to blow my head off. My
sinuses were cleared, but not dripping.

It'll go either on our bed or hung over the bed on a quilt rack. Haven't
decided which way to go with it yet. I put the top together but somebody
else long arm quilted it for me.

Only if I commandeer another shelf. I'm going to replace some of the PB
books with the titles in electronic format; that'll save some space.
Eventually most all of them will go that route but I know some of the
titles aren't available for e-readers so I'll have to keep those in hard
copy. Still, I'll greatly reduce the number of PB books on the shelves,
make room for more cook books.
