Official word is he's being moved for rehab, unofficial word is that the
move is long term. We've not talked with him, but will, probably
tomorrow after he gets settled in. I guess he's accepting that it is
going to be for rehab, especially if they can do something to help his
sciatica. He probably does realise, but doesn't want to admit, that it's
going to be a long term move.

He has one on a wall in that room but has always used the kitchen one
for writing in appointments. It's something he and Mom did for years, at
least as long as I can remember.

And the kitchen blind cabinet corner slide out is reality now. Steve put
it in today. One more item off the list.

The right place and time made a big difference in his life. Nice to have
that affirmed, even years down the road.

Sometimes the circus is bigger than we thought it to be. I heard on the
news tonight that Ringling Brothers is doing away with elephants in
their travelling circuses effective 2018. Of course PETA is saying, "why
not now?".
