Not necessarily a bad thing... as long as one doesn't finally just keel
over...  ;)  my body keeps wanting to make any and every thing go
chronic, stay away from that acute stuff... makes for some interesting
compensatings...

For college, I have some personal ties maintained, but overall, not so
much... I went back for one reunion but it wasn't particularly
satisfying on any level, so haven't done any more... High school, the
interesting thing has been that I've mostly lost contact entirely with
the school that I went 7th thru 11th grade in... but then, they seemed
to have written me off since I didn't actually graduate with them, not
that it was any of MY doing... ;)  And even more interesting to me, that
having gone to a couple reunions for the HS I did graduate with, and
then going to some local informal lunches and therefrom becoming part of
reunion committee(s), I now feel more a part of them than one year with
them ever made me feel... ;)  But there's a lot of history I don't share
with them....

Might as well use the miles while you have them, lest they evaporate in
a bankruptcy...
