I'll cook with a little bit of salt, but not the whole measure most of
the time. About the only one I come close to using the full measure is
when I make bread--since it helps control the yeast action, I use a
scant or just under the full amount called for. Most of the time, the
salt isn't missed or more can be added to taste at the table.

Do they get any sort of caffiene buzz or does that only come from the
coffee cherries?

That wasn't too much fun either. A walking or regular cast? I had
nursery duty Wednesday night but Steve went to prayer meeting. He found
out that the preaching pastor now has pnuemonia. It'll give him down
time to spend with his kids (boys, 4 & 1) but Isuspect he's not feeling
much like doing even that for a bit.

But not here. Our snow is gone; I think even the piles of dirty, plowed
up stuff have finally melted.
