But when I did it all by hand, I could gauge as I went along, how much
flour had to be added. I didn't measure the flour when I did the 8
loaves at a time but figured it ended up being about a pound of flour
per loaf of bread. I'd buy my flour in 50 pound bags, off load it into 5
(or 10, forget which) bags and freeze most of them. Now we buy the wheat
in bulk & grind it ourselves.

Somewhere there will be room. I added a small au gratin type dish the
other day; Lowe's (grocery) had it on close out for $1.25. Figured it
would be good for dips or such like.

That's a given; we don't put certain items in because we know the
dishwasher isn't good for them.
