It was good, even excellent, sushi.  :)  Speaking of which, Fu got some
free advertising in the form of a newspaper review... Unfortunately, the
reviewer was the typical "doesn't really know what she's talking about
but thinks [tries to sound like] she knows it all"... she called the
sushi rice sticky rice, for instance, and took off points for it not
sticking together like she thought it should (one wonders exactly where
her usual go-to places for sushi are)...  But it was a full-page spread,
complete with large (nicely done) photographs of the dishes...  We had
happened to be there when the photographer came back to do the food porn
spread... ;)  We went there last night, and the article was framed, on
the wall... and Lin brought us a laminated copy to read at the table
after Richard had gone behind the sushi bar to read the posted one.. ;)
From the article, I learned that Fu is a nickname, his real name
apparently is Loi Luan (unless he was pulling her leg...)

Things in the process of healing can still look pretty bad.  Hopefully
it will heal without too much scarring...  :)
