That's my guess.  Richard noted that nowhere in the article did she say
anything about how things tasted, only how they looked...  His favorite
phrase for the place is "It tastes like more"...  ;)

Just as well one can't see one's own elbow easily... ;)  Workable would

Ah... you may have mentioned that before and it just didn't stick...

I suppose any recognition is better than none at all... and, as the
purpose is to get one to think, not that bad a deal...

The sorts of things that go by the wayside when one is forced to resort
to purees instead of the real thing...  Makes one wonder if maybe using
a recording of the textural sounds, played in the background, might not
enhance the eating experience in, say, a nursing home...
