Probably so, but right now I'm not that concerned about it. NC has a
proposal in the legislature to divide sales tax revenues among the
counties based on population. Currently the tax revenue is split among
the counties based on point of sale. I can see both sides, having lived
in 2 counties in the state, but I'm not taking sides on the issue. I
also saw how NYC both took a lot out of upstate but also put into the
economy so there's good/bad to whatever side of the issue you take.

No, let's let the issue drop. Probably one of these questions that can
be answered many different ways, depending on who's answering and their
political bent.

It looks like something I'd order if eating out, but not try to
replicate at home. Some things are best if made by others, who know
what/how to do them successfully.
