After all, these will be in the kitchen for probably a good number of
years so I'll want to get them right.

And I'll have to remember to pack it at the last minute, so I can use it

Yes, we have one left to share. Yesterday we bought a pistachio short
bread cookie (about 3"x5") and a home made strawberry "toaster pastry"
about the same size. I had half of the latter this morning; it was good.
