I was thinking turkey, veggie, beef; sesame bun, regular bun,
whole wheat, hard roll, English muffin, toast; five donenesses;
yes/no to ketchup, mustard, mayo, onions, lettuce, tomato, bacon,
American cheese. That's a little more than 10000, but if you
add a no bun option, that puts us well past our target. And of
course there are more than one kind of cheese. And raw and
cooked onion. And French's or brown mustard. And I forgot about
sweet vs. sour pickles. Wow. If the place stocks 3 kinds of
cheese, by my eyeball calcs, the total comes to around 100000.

The taste would be quite different. Some people like that
hydrocarbon taste that you get from green ones.

Traditional potted shrimps
categories: starter, English, shellfish
servings: 6

110 g butter
1 lg pn cayenne pepper
1 lg pn ground nutmeg
570 ml picked shrimps
seasoning

Place the butter in a pan to melt with the pepper and
nutmeg. Once melted, add the shrimps. Stir well over
the heat and season.

Place the shrimps into little pots or ramekin dishes
and press down.

Top with the remaining butter left in the bottom of
the pan and chill in the fridge.

Serve with watercress, a lemon wedge and a couple of
slices of brown bread.
