According to the Wiki  "On July 9, 2013, Kroger announced its acquisition of
the 212 stores of Charlotte-based Harris Teeter in a deal valued at $2.5
billion and assumed $100 million in the company's outstanding debt.
Harris-Teeter's stores are in eight Southern states, with a major portion of
them in its headquarters state of North Carolina. Doing so, Kroger acquired
Harris TeetergCOs click and collect program which allows online ordering of
groceries. Some industry experts see this as a competitive move against online
grocers such as AmazonFresh. The Harris Teeter acquisition marks Kroger's
return to the Charlotte market after a 25-year absence."

They also own four jewelry store chains -- Fred Meyer Jewelers, Barclay
Jewelers, Fox's Jewelers and  Littman Jewelers

I also learned that they are the largest grocer in America and the second
largest retailer after China-Mart.  errrrrrrm Wally World, that is.

MMMMM Recipe via Meal Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Loco for Fish Tacos!!
 Categories: Seafood, Citrus, Breads, Condiments
      Yield: 8 servings

      8    Tilapia fillets
      1 tb Olive oil
           Juice of 1 lime
      1 tb Cumin
           Salt
      2 tb Southwest seasoning
      8    (6") tortillas
           Cooking spray

MMMMM---------------------OPTIONAL TOPPINGS-------------------------
           Sour cream
           Guacamole
           Minced onion
           Shredded cheese
           Fresh salsa
           Lime slices
           Jalape+Xo peppers
           Shredded lettuce or cabbage
           Fresh cilantro

  Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add
  tilapia.

  Season with half the lime juice, salt, cumin and Southwest
  seasoning.

  Once that side is cooked, turn over, season and cook till
  golden.

  Heat a small pan over medium heat and then spray with
  cooking spray. Add tortilla, heating both sides.

  Fill tortilla with a portion of fish and then top with
  desired toppings.
