Unless the meat is super dry, I don't see the need for sauce either, 99%
of the time. A touch of extra sauce for eastern NC bbq for a bit more of
the vinegar/hot flavor is usually the most I use.

Looks like we'll come over from VT for it, then head south

Sometimes I'll just sign "preach or preaching" and Steve will know I've
heard the rant; he's "preaching to the choir" again.

They had a big pile of hickory outside the front door but we didn't see
(or look for) a smoker.

Obviously it didn't stunt the chain's growth.
