We're only responsible for the evening meals (but will help with the
others) so there won't be too much need for a wide variety of spices.
I'll bring the usual Italian ones, plus whatever else we might need. I
think I've got duplicates of some, so what's not used either in VT or BP
can go home with someone else. But, good to know I'll need to bring my
favorite chef's knife. I'm used to the heft of it, any time I use a
different one, I have to adjust to it. I'll probably bring some paring
knives as well; we've several that we've gotten at knife demos that are
good for travel. Those are the ones we wouldn't miss if they were
forgotten.

He has led a number of trips up there so would know if planning an
arrival night meal would work or not.
