 ML> Place flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Cut butter
 ML> into cubes. Add butter and shortening to the flour. With
 ML> your hands or a pastry knife, combine fats into the
 ML> flour. It should combine with clumps being approximately
 ML> the size of a marble. Next beat the egg and add to dough
 ML> mixture. After the egg is combined add in vinegar and
 ML> apple juice. The dough should be sticky but should not
 ML> gum up your hands. Once completed, place dough in a
 ML> Ziploc bag and let sit in the fridge for 1 to 2 hr.

 ML> Place pie in the oven, and turn up heat to 425F Cook
 ML> 15 min then reduce heat to 375F. Cook 1 hr, remove from
 ML> oven and brush with remaining 1/4 c Honey Pecan Bar-B-Q
 ML> Sauce. Return to oven and let brown for 10 min. Remove
 ML> from oven and let cool for 20 min before serving.

 ML> Cut into slices, top with your favorite ice cream and
