I like to look at the flyers so I can do the side by side comparing. One
might have a better price on a product but it's further out--is it worth
burning gas for it? The other store may have a better price on something
but we're stocked up enough so I don't need any right now, and when it
does go on sale again, it's at the first store. Prices at that one are a
bit higher to begin with, and no gas credit so, should I pay a slightly
higher price (not on sale) and get gas credit or burn gas for a sale
price?

Not surprising,

Especially since home ec (or whatever it's callled now) seems to be more
of an elective than required in school. Most kids know how to nuke
something, but not how to make the same thing from scratch (mac and
cheese, for example).

Just au jus was good the first time around, made gravy for the rerun
over shell pasta.

We've lived thru that and other "oops-es" over the years. The landlord
liked the counter top redu, offered to pay us for it but Steve said that
since it was his mistake, it was his nickel. Eventually we will redo the
counter tops here but not sure if we will go with the same thing or try
something else.

Similar to whole wheat flour but with less gluten. I keep suggesting
that she put raisins in the dough as well, but not all people like them
so she doesn't.
