Even with the extremely limited counter space in my tin-can I will soon have
one of those.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Dom Deluise's Mom's Meatballs
 Categories: Beef, Pork, Cheese, Herbs, Dairy
      Yield: 30 Meatballs

      2 lb Ground chuck
    1/2 lb Ground pork
      2 c  Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
      4 lg Eggs
      1 c  Milk
      1 c  Fresh parsley; chopped
    1/2 c  Grated cheese
      1 tb Olive oil
      2 cl Garlic; chopped fine
      1 lg Onion; minced
    1/2 c  Pine nuts; (opt)

  Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly;
  let stand 1/2 hour. Shape into medium-sized meatballs. Fry
  gently in olive oil until lightly brown, or place on foil
  in a cookie sheet and bake in a 350++F/175++C oven for 30
  minutes.

  Gently place in your own hot spaghetti sauce and cook on
  medium-low heat for one hour.

  Makes 30 meatballs
