If you wrapped people in 6 feet of thick cotton batting and required them to
wear a helmet some would *still* find a way to harm themselves and/or others.

Think of it as evolution in action. Darwin was right, you know. If we just
remove all the warning labels it will sort itself out sooner rather than later.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Darwin Easy San Choy Bow
 Categories: Oriental, Poultry, Squash, Chilies, Vegetables
      Yield: 3 servings

    500 g  Chicken mince *
      2 cl Garlic; fine chopped
      1 tb Fresh ginger; grated
      1 tb Peanut oil; (or oil of your
           - choice)
      1 md Zucchini; grated
      5 lg Mushrooms; diced
      3 tb Oyster sauce
      2 tb Soy sauce
      1 ts Sesame oil
    100 g  Brown rice vermicelli
      1    Handful snow peas
      1    Red chile; fine chopped
    1/2    Red onion; diced
      1    Head iceberg lettuce;
           - separated in lettuce cups

  * Pork or turkey mince will work, also.

  Place noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let
  noodles sit for 5 minutes to soften and then drain.

  Meanwhile, heat peanut oil in fry pan and saute garlic and
  onion for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken mince and cook until it
  starts to brown.

  Add zucchini and mushroom, oyster sauce, soy sauce and
  sesame oil and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

  Add noodles to chicken and combine well.

  Spoon chicken and noodle mixture into lettuce cups and top
  with snow peas and chile to serve.
