By then, any getting adjusted should have pretty much worked itself out,
and what's left might be errors or unfixables...

The first answer I was given was that the eyes/brain should adjust.  But
when it persisted, the answer I got was that sometimes it doesn't just
get censored out, but that eventually, the edges should get more cloudy
and not be so distracting...  I'm not sure how encouraging that really
is... ;)
