I usually order "medium" in a restaurant. Steve tries to cook to that
for me, some attempts being more successful than others. If it's too
rare, I'll nuke it a bit.

Were you a picky eater as a child? We weren't allowed to be; we had to
eat what was in front of us. In a way, it made me branch out more in my
cooking/eating as an adult (getting away from the sameness of what I had
to eat as a child). Our girls enjoy eating a wider variety of foods now,
having been exposed to the idea while growing up.

That's an idea; I was running a bit late with meal prep so just went by
the basic package directions to get it done. Guess they need a re-write.

Just strainght horseradish will do that, don't need any horsy sauce.
We've got the former in the fridge (grated, in vinegar water), but not
the latter.

Zucchini, if well prepared, doesn't need any sort of cover up. It's good
even raw.
