Hmmmmmm, didn't know that. But, Wednesday nights are usually committed
to church for us so we generally don't go out to eat. Last night we had
nursery duty, 4 loud boys and one fussy baby girl. She calmed down tho,
when Steve held her. We went out for ice cream afterward. (G)

My mom never made them that way, but her mother did. I got the such as
it is, recipe from my aunt. Yes, I did make it during the time Steve was
not eating any "pig", but it was only for pot lucks and such like then.
Now I can make it for us to enjoy.
