As is often the case.  One should be slightly surprised at how many
recipes that were originally posted on Fido echos have been rebranded
and put into various recipe sites -- but I am no longer surprised.  If
we do a google on any of our (or past frequent poster) names we will
turn up a lot of recipe sites that way.

I doubt that there are many recipes that any one of us could not improve

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: SHRIMP PEA AND MUSHROOM STIR-FRY
 Categories: Main dish, Chicken
      Yield: 3 Servings
 
      1 tb Cornstarch
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Sugar
      1 ts Fresh grated ginger
    3/4 c  Chicken broth
      2 tb Soy sauce
      1 lg Clove of garlic, crushed
    1/4 c  Peanut oil
    3/4 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
     10 oz Pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1/4 c  Minced green onion
  1 1/2 lb Fresh shrimp, peeled and
           Deveined
           Steamed rice
 
  Blend cornstarch with salt, sugar, ginger, chicken broth, soy sauce,
  and garlic.  Set aside.  Preheat wok or large skillet for 3 minutes
  over high heat.  Add oil and mushrooms.  Stir-fry over high heat for
  1 minute. Add peas and onions.  Stir fry 2 minutes.  Add shrimp. Stir
  fry 2 to 3 minutes. Don't overcook.  Add chicken broth mixture; stir
