Very easily, thanks to portable computers and the internet. Saves a lot
of frustration as long as you can log on to the 'net somewhere.

Very definately; I've had some that wouldn't give the time of day to
anybody. I've had others that (no matter how long they've been working)
act as if they just started their shift on a beautiful day.

As of now, we're not planning to stop in M'ville but just visit Dad in
Oneonta.

That can be all too often. It's easier when there's a break in time
between kitchens but here we moved from one to the other, with a bit of
overlap time. I had no time to "forget" the one before setting up the
other.
