My first MGH trip was sheer torturous boredom; the most recent
stays there were made tolerable by wi-fi.

I have forgotten the name of the magazine and even the
country of origin.

He does have stakeholders, though - many of them - children,
in-laws, grandchildren, what have you. My life is my own as
well, but I have become inured to the fact that there are
those who would fuss a bit if I kicked the can prematurely.

Grilled sea bass with sea beans
Categories: Mexican, fish, main
Servings: 4

2 lb sea bass filet
3/4 lb sea beans (salicorne, available in specialty markets)
4 oz extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, halved and seeded
Sea salt, for garnish

Poach the sea beans in boiling water for 2 min. Set aside.
Combine olive oil, salt and pepper. Add sea bass filet and
marinate for 5 min. Grill the fish fillet and lemon halves
to desired doneness.

Heat the sea beans. Place a portion of the beans on
each of four plates. Top each with a piece of sea bass.
Garnish with sea salt.
