My favourite lobster is Cantonese - if done well. I like shrimp a lot more ways
than I like lobster.

Well, yeah. Like the difference between grain-fed beef and grass-fed beef.

Not being a globe-trotter I was letting my provincialism show through. If the
tree huggers and agenda mongers respected all of their own proposed
restrictions they would likely starve or at the very least be forced to subsist
on a very uninteresting diet.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Cod Filets w/Egg Noodles
 Categories: Seafood, Pasta, Cheese, Nuts, Dairy
      Yield: 6 servings

      8 oz Pkg egg noodles
      3 tb Butter
      3 tb Flour
      3 c  Milk
      1 tb Lemon juice
      1 tb (ea) Worcestershire sauce &
           - dry mustard
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts (ea) nutmeg & ground pepper
  1 1/2 c  Shredded sharp Cheddar;
           - divided
     20 oz (2 boxes) chopped spinach;
           - thawed and drained
  1 1/2 lb Cod filets
    1/4 c  Toasted almonds

  Cook noodles as directed on package until tender; drain.
  Meanwhile, melt butter; blend in flour. Add milk; stir
  over medium heat until smooth and thickened. Stir in
  lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, salt & pepper and
  nutmeg. Add 1 cup of the shredded cheese

  Combine cooked noodles with half the cheese sauce. Pour 
  into a two quart baking dish. Top with spinach. Arrange
  fish filets on the spinach. Pour balance of sauce over
  the fish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and almonds.

  Bake at 375oF/190oC for 25 minutes or until fish is done.

  Makes 6 servings
