Probably best for him. Today's paper had a review of a new-ish
restaurant, run by someone who has others in the Raleigh area. Reviewer
said that the sushi was very good, and quality but other dishes were
lacking the same level of excellence.

Today is the first day I've had anything addressed to me in a couple of
days. I've read the packets, but not replied to anybody. It meant that I
had time to catch up on other things. Stopped at Aldi's yesterday for a
few things and Steve picked up a slab of ribs, now on the smoker, so
life is returning to "normal". Next week I'll probably get the freezer
done and get back to sewing/quilting.

Actually, if I did live there, the creemees wouldn't be anything special
so I wouldn't be having them as often. My BG readings are coming down,
now that we're home and we're back to our usual eating habits. Small
bits of goodies, lots of proteins balancing the whole grain carbs,
pushing the veggies...........................
