Too bad Steve can't give you a hand with it. He's busy working on the
house and other projects right now, just put a new light in the master
bedroom closet. He's also building a book scanner--ran out to Michael's
for some spray adhesive and ended up getting gyros to go from our
favorite place. Steve had a meeting at 6, and I wouldn't have had the
time to fix anything when we got home before he had to head out again.
So, the gyros provided a quick but filling supper.

I don't worry about mayo carbs as they're almost non exsistant. The
carbs here come mostly from the bread crumbs, a bit from the basil. I'd
be able to have a lot more carbs with this, probably a good sized
serving of vegetables and a smaller one of some sort of starch without
worry.
