You might not be the first to die from chocking on beneficial meds; we
just don't hear about it every night on the news.

Yes, and I've learned to take mine with food, preferably something like
yogurt, but would rather do it with liquids. Most of the time my morning
cuppa tea is what I use, well after it has cooled down (as I've been
distracted enough not to drink it while it's hot) to tepid.

One or the other, could be both. Wonder if you had asked another waiter
or waitress, what sort of response you would have gotten.

I generally left the opening or closing to those who had the appropriate
strength.
