Hi Nancy,

hehe :) That's good.. having that type of appendicitis attack would not be
fun... I remember Dad talking about burst appendix and how one of my classmates
was someone he "saved" because he caught it just in time. She was always very
close to my family and a neat person. I didn't know why so much until he told
us the "story" <g>

With my hair being long and brown (it's natural color as you probably know) the
dress was a peach print with lace. That fit pretty well, I agreed with him.

That's nasty.. any idea what it's from? To me there is no "benign" type :) When
it hits say as I go to sleep I take an antivert.. Positional.. Sometimes it
hits out of the blue, though rarely.

You can buy antivert over the counter now, btw.. it's chemical name is
Meclizine.. CVS has it under their motion-sickness drug "Dramamine", it's what
I take :) I remember when my neurologist told me it available over the counter,
I thought he was nuts.. but back then, I didn't know the chemical name. It was
just "antivert" to me <vbg>

Yes, I went through something similar early on.. we were at the Bronx Zoo with
our kids, having a great time. It was so neat :) Then we went into the Bat
Cave Lol... I thought I was gonna die. I hadn't brought any antivert because,
well, I had felt as normal as the next guy for weeks or months :) MS is like
that <g> Once it hit though I just had to remember it passes, and it did. And
I was sure careful I didn't make any quick moves or stay in the dark recesses
:)

I think I also told Ron, "Get me out of here" LOL

(cats) :)

> They don't seem to be like Fred... we are somewhat surprised that they

Lol.. they sound like our cats now.. I think Fred was the oddball in all this
:) Fred was something else.. don't get me started on "St. Fred" hahaha
That is now a family joke over here but well deserved :)

>> hehe.. maybe. I found Fred in our basement when he was new born,
> Then Fred probably just was a special case... that was his idiocyncasy

hahaha yes indeed.

Ron's Aunt:
>> Think so.. She has a large rambling home up in the catskills and I'm
>> sure her family hires help for her to maintain it.

> If they aren't just doing the help for her themselves... :)

Oh she's one of those relatives who has "old money". In NYS, that's something.
She's well kept after and watched over. :)

Nah, I never use beany flours because they do the same thing to me ... and the
taste is...hmmm beany :) I either use rice flour maybe mixed with tapioca
flour, or almond flour with lots of eggs (about 4). but here's a neat recipe
for rice flour:
==Gluten Free Yellow Cake==

1 1/2 cups white rice flour
    3/4 cup tapioca flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon xanthan gum

    4 eggs
    1 1/4 cups white sugar
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup milk
    2 teaspoons gluten-free vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and rice flour two 8
or 9 inch round cake pans.
Mix the white rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder
and xanthan gum together and set aside.
Mix the eggs, sugar, and mayonnaise until fluffy. Add the flour mixture,
milk and vanilla and mix well. Spread batter into the prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes. Cakes are done when
they spring back when lightly touched or when a toothpick inserted near the
center comes out clean. Let cool completely then frost, if desired.

Take care,
Janis
