That sort of thing, while annoying, is easily spotted and corrected...
clearly not your typical behaviour...  Did you find out how the card was
compromised...?

When I was in NYC in April for my brother's wedding, I did have toll
tunnels or bridges anywhere in or out of the area... unavoidably... But
then, once out, I took the Taconic State Parkway, along the east side of
the River... not a toll road... I was headed from there to Pittsfield
MA, so there was no need to cross the river again... but if I had needed
to, I think that the toll bridges across the Hudson in that area are
charged only crossing to the east...  If one went all the way to Albany,
that bridge is free... but then one might need to take part of the
Thruway...  ;)

One can always reconsider when the higher priority projects are done...
if there are still tomatoes available... and the weather continues to
cooperate...  ;)

You have less trouble with the fall pollens, then...?

So you think there won't be much more fruit actually setting this
season...?  So what there is will hopefully have time to ripen fully...?
