That sounds a likely place, then...  Maybe they couldn't get the
Hawaiian goodies any more under their terms or to meet their
requirements...

It's not actually all that bad... the Beltways of Baltimore and DC are
definitely worse, as is anywhere in Boston... ;)  Steve might have some
problems with the limited vision, though, I'll grant you...

As one might have expected...  ;)   More people than usual to enjoy
