I'm guessing that the freezer really doesn't need a major defrosting
either....?  :)

I was thinking of the things you listed above... croutons, bread
pudding...  I crumble bread from the original bag for things like salmon
loaf...  :)

We tend not to peel stuff, I only cut off the ends of veggies, and there
aren't any coffee grounds around here... not many tea bags or eggshells
either...  And grass cuttings stay on the lawn to feed the lawn, and
leaves get mowed to break them up into a sort of mulch... :)

So things work out pretty well there... they can balance things out to
reflect how things are playing out... :)
