True, and where this place has more counter space than the previous one,
it still isn't overly generous in the amount we have. Figure in the
stuff that stays out on the counters (can opener, Keurig, toaster,
crocks of utensils, etc) and you've lost about half the space there.
Most of those are on the back side, up against the wall until needed.

For sure! If we had the garage built, I'd maybe look into renting an
extra fridge for a month or so.

I'd say so; they have several pavilions on a private lake and do
weddings and such like there. The only downside to that is that they're
near enough to the RDU airport that a plane taking off at a critical
time could drown out "I do's".

Saves the carbs (tho I was doing it long before I was watching them) and
we get to enjoy the goodies long after the occaision is over.

Actually, the ring is at a local jeweler's shop now. We've worked with
her for other pieces and she's doing this job for the cost of the
stones.
