I've eaten at the (former location) Chick-Fil-A exactly twice. Wasn't impressed
enough to return for a third go. I like Kentucky Fried Colonel's cole slaw
pretty well.

I got nothing against white flour.  Bv)= If I need to up my whole grain/bran

      Title: Fresh Grape-Walnut Muffins
 Categories: Muffins, Breads, Fruits, Nuts
      Yield: 12 Servings
 
      2 c  Whole wheat pastry flour
      1 c  Unbleached white flour
      1 tb Baking powder
    1/4 ts Salt
      2 lg Eggs
    3/4 c  Honey
  1 1/4 c  Milk
    1/2 c  Sunflower oil
    3/4 c  Walnuts; chopped
  1 1/2 c  Fresh green seedless grapes;
           - halved
 
  Preheat the oven to 375oF/190oC. Butter the muffin tins.
  
  In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flours, baking powder and
  salt together.
  
  In another medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs; add the honey,
  milk, and oil. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet. Do not
  over stir. Add the nuts and grapes. Pour about 1/2 cup of
  the batter per muffin into the oiled tins. Bake in the
  preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
