Yes, and reasons. It's helped me keep things under control.

Steve likes them with ketchup; I like them plain but well salted.

Sounds about right. Senior meal about the same portion as a kid's one,
should be filling enough.

Getting out of the house from time to time is good. It was a pretty
enoough day today that we walked around the neighborhood a bit, just to
get out and get some exercise.
