The take on ours by some folks I knew who had visited was "Yuppie meat rack
with iffy food, expensive drinks and spotty service." I never darkened their
door so I don'tknow that for sure.

Two reviews from Foursquare: "This is a target rich environment in Springfield.
Great talent at this location =)" - Geno and "Took over an hour for nachos and
cheese sauce the two times I went" - Heaven Puyear

And one from Yelp "Today 7 of us went to eat and after ordering we waited 40
minutes for our food. 5 of the 7 of us were left with our drinks empty. There
were 2 people that came in after us and ordered after us, they ate paid and
left before we got our food! I called the manager over and he said he was sorry
and would make an adjustment to the bill. When the food came out 5 of the 7
meals were cold, like it had been sitting back there and it was not correct.
When we told the waitress at this time she said the kitchen was backed up! Then
when she brought us refills she brought everyone an ice tea and 5 of the 7 of
us were drinking coke or mr. pibb. 1 of the 7 ordered a beer and when it came
out it wasn't even full!  When the bill finally showed up.....there were no
adjustments made at all! Its safe to say we will never go back and I will
recommend to everyone else never to go there! If i were the owners of this
Tilted Kilt I would be embarrassed.........THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!" --  Jason

      Title: Velvet Kilt
 Categories: Five, Beverages, Booze
      Yield: 1 shooter

  1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
      1 oz Butterscotch schnapps

  Shake ingredients w/ice until chilled, and strain into a
  frosted cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry
  or small butterscotch candy.
