That sounds better... and nice haul there...  I haven't seen the
pattypans show up here yet, but it should be the season for them... :)

Won't need to add flavor... it's a Smithfield seasoned with peppercorns
and garlic...

Mostly the just in case... he'd already found a good one in Canton,
which is closer to the camp...  :)

Indeed.  :)   I try to plan to have something in the fridge or freezer
for fixing the day or so after returning... rushing out as soon as you
get home isn't much fun when you've been on the road for a while... ;)
