Good for that homeowner! Sometimes beaurocracy needs to take a good hard
look at what they're regulating and why, see if it passes the sense
check.

We didn't watch a lot of the channels we got either. I'm not proficient
enough in Spanish to follow the shows, neither of us is into sports or
buying stuff we don't need.................. Steve occaisionally watched
the Korean language channels when we were in HI; TWC also had Japanese
channels out there. I first saw "Iron Chef" in Japanese, a good while
before I saw it in English.

I guess we'll have to check them out at some point. WF has food truck
rodeos about once a quarter--from noon to 5 on Sundays, when we're
involved with church activities. I think they're also on Sundays down in
Raleigh. But, the town of WF has "Meet in the Street" in early May; when
I went a couple of years ago (was out of town this year), there were
several food trucks at it. Maybe the dumpling truck will show up there
next year.
