No, the "s.a.p." one. I seldom get access to the top top
level of anything anymore. One can fake it only so long.

No, only four, but they were triple strength ones.

If it weren't for Vegas, they would probably doing fine elsewhere.

When I'm in a hurry with things I'm competent at, there's
not much danger. It's in less familiar territory that trouble
can be found.

I'm a bit sensitive to pretty much all artificial or 
natural artificial sweeteners. Sugar really is the real
thing (Coke not generally being it).

      Title: Saganaki (Fried Cheese)
 Categories: Greek, Appetizers, Cheese/eggs
   Servings: 4

           Karen Mintzias
    1/3 lb Kefalotyri or kasseri cheese
      2 tb Butter
      1    Lemon (juice only)

  Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes.  Melt the butter in a "saganaki"
(or
  another frying pan), and fry the cheese on all sides until crusty and
  chestnut colored.  Squeeze lemon juice over the cheese and serve with
  bread, other appetizers, and wine or ouzo.
