Big Jim (his preferred nickname - there are *many* others) inherited the dairy 
business and then grew it to proportions that his forebears never dreamed. 
Besides the (nearly) 200 mile radius of milk deliveries they flog prepared 
foods, bacon, bakery items, etc. in a "Schwanns" like operation - along with 
retail stores in the Chicago/Cook County area. As well as a couple nice 
contracts with school boards. Most of the deliveries in my area are to gated 
communities and neighbourhoods in which the occupants aspire to be gated and 
opine that their personal defecations have no odor.

We had another perennial candidate in Illinois (and you thought New Orleans 
politics were weird) named Lar "America First" Daly. Follow the link for a

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02
 
      Title: All-American Egg Rolls
 Categories: Egg rolls, Appetizers, Dairy, Cheese
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 qt Cooking oil
     15 cl Garlic; peeled
    1/2 c  Real mayonnaise
    1/2 c  Softened cream cheese
      2 tb Prepared mustard
      4    (1/4 lb ea) Polish-style
           - sausages
      1 lg Egg
    1/4 tb Milk
      8 lg Egg roll wrappers
           Chopped parsely
 
  Heat oil in frying pan to medium-high, about 350øF/175øC.
  Combine garlic, mayonnaise, cheese & mustard in blender
  until smooth.

  Remove from blender. Cut each Polish sausage into two
  shorter halves and score lengthwise. Beat egg and milk
  with  fork until smooth.

  Place each sausage half at end of egg roll wrapper, add
  a dollop of mustard sauce and roll sausage into wrapper,
  sealing ends with egg mixture.

  Fry in hot oil until lightly browned on all sides.

  Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with extra mustard
  sauce.
