I made a blueberry cobbler for part of today's dessert. Increased the
topping recipe; it usually calls for 1/2 c each of flour, sugar and
milk. I like to double it for a 9" pan but was making a 13" pan so was
going to increase it to 1 1/2 c of each. Got the flour and sugar (half
stevia) right but put in 2 cups of almond milk. I just baked it a bit
longer; it turned out pretty well. Small group today and Steve had made
a couple of small cheesecakes (in the new pressure cooker) so brought
about half the cobbler home. Kid with dairy issues liked it a lot.

Now those were seriously bad knives! Did Sac leave the better knives at
the house or take them home with him? Three for 55 cents is an even
better bargain than the one I got for $1. back in 1984 at a yard sale.
You would probably be comfortable with my knives; most of them are Rada,
with a decent chef's knife, a santoku and a few other odd ones thrown
in. Steve does a good job of keeping them sharp also.
